I firmly believe in being fit and so wanted my husband to be who was overweight by 10kg. Coincidentally we found about Dr Medha on Practo and we are glad we did. In 3 months he has achieved his ideal weight. Dr Medha is truly an expert, an inspiration and her diet plan does not seems a diet plan at all. It is only customising ones likes n dislikes and being disciplined about it. In the entire 3 months, we never felt an iota of difficulty and the adoptions were way easier than we thought. Dr. Medha Sawant is very patient and gives us a good hearing. I was concerned about my rising blood pressure and increasing weight. After following her diet, I could bring my blood pressure under control without medication and lost on an average 2 kgs p.m. she modifies the diet to suit our goals as well as our tastes.
